Despite my "bad" week, I lost 1.6Kg.... Bringing the total up to 9.7kg so far..... Well worth the night of scotch I had :) hehehehe

You are not on your own - I was 137 kgs a few weeks ago and decided enough was enough and have gotten down to 129kgs in the last few weeks - it is really hard during the holidays - too much free time to go and buy lunch etc... Keep at it and don't give up- remember - every 5 or 6 kilos you lose is approx. 1 extra horsepower!

nah kidding mate, good work on the descision to be a "less fat bastard".... it will do u well in a number of ways....not least ur health...


as for my little diet/excercise plan..ive been slack..lost no weight...

Ok, its tuesday again.... Im feeling apprehensive today, mostly because I have done my absolute best to be good..... Which means two things.... I should do well.... but also if I dont do well I will be upset... so I had better do well.... Still no gym this week, but I did do plenty of walking...

good work mate, tho at this rate, u wont get picked for the next series of "biggest fat prick"....

mate i had a weigh in tonight..im 85kg...that means ive lost a whole 1kg in god knows how long (6-8 weeks??)...which means im a slack ass who isnt trying hard enuf...

mind u, im still of the smokes, so im still eating a tad much ..plus its winter...

keep it up mate, at this rate, ull be down to abt 100kg for the gp..then we will have an excuse to piss up!!

My aim this week is a meagre 1.5kg..... Mostly because I am going to be in Sydney Fri/Sat/Sun, which will probably mean that I will end up going to a restaurant at least twice for dinner..... Hopefully I can make some good choices...

simple mate....eat earlier in the nite (6.30 instead of 8) will help u digest etc ... ask for lower fat meals.....and remeber...NO CARBS after 3pm...

eat a steak (protein can be pissed out)....go with Atkin's diet for a week...
mind u i dont use atkins all the time, if it was such a good diet, he woulda lived older than 35
