Mate, I've also had it done, so now I only have to wear glasses for reading, pc..etc..![]()
Both, Joy and myself had it done back in 2002-2003, and we loved what it gave us. I liked it so much I went back for another correction a year or 18 months later.![]()
We had it done at New Castle and the centre, their staff, the Doctor were professional in their approach their conduct in every sense. The second time around didn't cost us a penny and up until recently I've gone back for an annual check-up which was also part of the original deal.
What I would recommend for your wife to do, is to go along to a Lasik centre and get an assessment, which is free and they will outline all the different possibilities based on her current condition. I suppose, that was the most impressive part of the whole thing, is that they outlined exactly what could be expected no more , no less .
