The company I work for is currently looking for 3 people to fill positions... With no luck at all.... We can barely even get people in for interviews!

ADMINISTRATION / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

A dynamic importer/wholesaler, is currently seeking a self-motivated, highly organised Administration/Accounts Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Reporting to the Administration/Account Manager your role will involve day to day administration and accounts duties. These will include but not limited too:

• Assisting with creditor & debtor processing and reconciliations
• Processing cheques and EFT’s.
• Cash book entry and bank reconciliations
• Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
• Processing of account applications
• Monthly mail outs
• Customer service
• Postage and banking
• Filing/faxing/photocopying
• Telephone collections
• Other admin duties as required

The ideal candidate will have 12+ months general accounts experience, intermediate MS Office skills and an eye for detail. Highly developed interpersonal skills, a team-orientated approach and excellent time management skills a must.

INTERNAL SALES

Internal Salesperson required for a growing Morningside based import/wholesale sales team servicing a national customer base with a range of stainless steel hardware, balustrading, rigging and handrail components. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person willing to be the best they can, in turn progressing within the company.

To be successful in this role the applicant must possess:-
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Computer literacy
• Ability to have fun and be part of a team

The internal sales role will be inclusive of the following:-
• Customer service
• Processing of sales orders
• Customer quotations and follow up

Hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am – 4.30pm

WAREHOUSE STOREPERSON

Warehouse Storeperson required for progressive import/wholesale company located in Morningside, distributing to a national customer base a range of stainless steel hardware, balustrading, rigging and handrail components

The role will be inclusive of the following:-
• Picking and packing of orders
• Goods receipting
• Stocktake
• Forklift operation
• General warehouse duties

The successful applicant must able to work independently, be a self starter, hard working and have an eye for detail.
