Well now that people have committed to donating money for this, I guess I kinda can't back out now. I started looking for excuses this morning to not do it, but now I just think enough is enough; off with the hair. There are some good reasons above not to do it, and in some stupid way I will feel like a traitor, or atleast that I have given up on who I am in some way or whatever, but I am going to do it.

My hair grows very slowly too so this will be a long-lasting thing lol, but ya get that.

Anyway I will try to contact the Shave for a Cure people and see what they say, and go from there.

Thanks for the replies, and to the other long-hairs here, all I can say is - it's been good.....
