Pah, that whole "hard out week" thing didnt work out very well for me......... I was going to do exercise but I couldnt be arsed.... I was going to lay off the booze, but I really really like drinking booze....

In any case..... I have resolved myself to the fact that I MUST finish within 2 weeks.... So I have to be at least "fairly good" this week so that I dont have to do something miraculous the week after...

the end is now so close..... and next week it will be exactly 10 months since I started... and I have lost the equivelant of 22 2 littre coke bottles in weight.......... Imagine walking around with 22 coke bottles strapped to your body.....


That's a fair effort and not an easy one.
Well done ! You live better, longer and happier for it and last but not least your bike didn't want to carry all that bloody coke either....
