info here. However it looks like they've done a "typical" government job of it and made it a p.i.t.a. to avoid using the tunnel, as well as making some really kludgy changes to the way things work, i.e. "you cannot turn left, turn right and go around the block" i mean, how dodgy is THAT?

Admittedly though, it does look like its less shit than the cross city tunnel as half these changes seem to be related to changes in how the roads are organised, the others are just fricking "funnelling" changes, which piss me off as i'll cop traffic going to work as people avoid the cct.
