Thats a still from an Arab movie dedicated to their interpretation of Waltzing Matilda starring Mustafah Phatt ( he's wearing the cap ) They didn't quite get the jolly jumbuk bit and stuffing in the tucker bag .
Mina did the translation and script writing BTW
