I tried reading through all that, but like most things that come from SysAdmins, I lost interest half way through

C'mon, think of the time most people spend reading their own email per day. As if anyone is going to sit down and read every email that goes through a server .

No that's why we have computers with string matching routines that scour mail for keywords like "Paris Hilton"... that way we only have to read the good emails
