That is quite frankly the most disturbing thing I have ever seen.
My heart goes out the that baby, how is it possible for someone to do that.

maybe they are mentally ill or something but i think the person recording it is worse than the person doing it, hopefully someone of authority will see it and get the child to safety

The woman is from Malaysia and was arrested last year and is currently serving time
