Sorry for the late post today everyone - been a busy day.

Ok -Week one weigh in (you don't have to disclose your start weight if you dont want to - just how much lost)

waynemorgan - start weight 112kgs week 1 +1 (yep - I managed to gain)

Pop your name at the top and your weight loss in the correct week and thats it!
