PMs still in outbox

Maybe i'm doing something wrong. Last night I sent 2 messages but they are still in my outbox. One about 9 hours ago. :( :oops: :(

They move when the person you are sending the message to logs on.
I got your message this morning at 6am. I will ring you today at 8ish.
