Sally and I have seperate logins on the same PC. As a result she has her mail and I have mine. Up until recently we had been using MS Mail but I've recently installed Outlook to help with the synching with the new phone.
Is there an easy way for us to share or synch our calendars?
*Please note that "easy" does not include installing Exchange.

export your calendar to a pst file and have it in a common share, and get Sally to import that pst into her outlook
and install exchange...could have given delegate control

Yeah, I thought about that, but I assume that means I'll have to remember to close my email down when we switch users?

yes thats right, two users cant access the same pst at the same time.
edit: just thought of something else, if you use outlook 2007 then you can publish your calendar to a website (keep it internal of course) or distributed out though email.

Hmm, the internal web-publishing idea isn't a bad one.
Yes, yes, exchange, schmexchange... Eww, that didn't come out right!
I guess I'll just have to lunge out and get Exchange. Anyone got a link they can PM me to the cheapest online shop?

do you have windows server 2003 enterprise? and a server to run it on?
mind you this isn't the cheapest option...
also you will need to have a domain controller running active directory already setup with users and profiles and security policies in place
ahh the nerd in me shines through
oh and pm sent.

Jase
assuming you use the same ISP (not necessary but easier) create 2 accounts in Outlook
send mail to different inboxes (easy to do when you customize the accounts and you set up and use Rules for these email accounts)
that way you get ONE version of the calendar (and Contacts Journals Notes etc) to share in the one version of Outlook
..no installation of Exchange required
