Article in the news today, in an attempt to reduce the trucks on the road they are talking about introducing B Triples... Woot! They say it wil only be on highways etc but reality would suggest they have to load/unload somewhere.
Dnno about anyone else but be fucked if I wanna see these on the road, need a square kilomtere to run around, take a week to overtake etc...

if you have ever seen these in the outback QLD or NT you'll know that these trucks stop for no one so how the hell are they going to negotiate traffic

One better ...Near Finke NT came across a triple that had jack knifed & it was carrying cattle, there were cattle parts allover the place, cause the limbs stuck out as the trailers rolled & slid down the road....local cop was dispatching the remaining wounded with his glock

what a sight

Not quite.
Ford has a permit for their B Triple, but the A section is a little smaller than a true B Triple.
Shame the true 'professional' truck drivers are few & far between these days...
Sooooo many knuckle draggers on our roads down here...

There's actually a second company running a B-tripple on the Princes Hwy Geelong-Melbounre. Went past it yesterday morning. Unless Ford have decided to subcontract, which I doubt.

Mick, the throttle's the one on the right. If you twist it when in gear, the bike moves a
little bit quicker.
Not a big fan of road trains.
