Hi guys and gals. I am off to sydney with the missus for a trade show in a couple of weeks and will be staying in the city somewhere. I will only have 2 nights there but will be looking for somewhere nice to eat and something to kill a day.
I looked into a bridge climb but for $500 for the two fo us for a twilight climb I think I will give it a miss
Any suggestions?

Minus 5 bar at Circular Quay is a bit of fun...
You could catch the ferry out to Manly and have lunch at the Bavarian Beer Cafe or anywhere in the mall for that matter...
You could check out Bondi and Coogee beaches...
Nice restaurants and bars around Darling HarbourCockle bay...

Hire a bike, scones at the PITS, scoot up the OPH, cross to the putty, top up at the half way and back to the hotel for a snooze ready to face the next day........
A perfect Sydney afternoon..

bridge climb is def worth it and they are cheaper you can do it during the day.
checkout the Sky Walk at Centrepoint Tower and as Ron said Jordan's seafood restraunt.
Jet boat cruise's are bloody waste of money imo!!! they dont go that fast and really dont throw you around.

Depends how much you want to spend, but there are some nice restaurants down at darling harbour, Chinta Ria or the Malaya if you like asian food, Nicks seafood or the Waterfront down at the rocks is also good.
You can get a ferry out to fort denison during the day and there is a decent place to eat out there. You could also try the maritime museum at darling harbour and do the tour of the Vampire and the sub.

Thanks guys!
I will write them down and take the list with me. Ferry to Manly and Bavarian Beer cafe sounds like a plan!
I would love to ride the roads down there but time will be a bit short and dont want to have to take all our riding gear down
