Hammond does it again

only this time he doesn't do quite as good a job of it and bins it in an endurance race at Silverstone.

Bah its just hype, the car was repaired and he returned to the race.

Lol what a joke, the car can't have been very badly damaged if it could be repaired at the track and to continue on racing. And since it says ''Hammond, 37, was shunted off the track'' it hardly sounds like his fault :? But even better was the bit at the end:

''The accident happened less than a year after Hammond suffered brain injuries when he
crashed at 288mph at Elvington airfield near York.
He spent five weeks in hospital. The Health and Safety Executive said in an accident report
at the time that Hammond had not received sufficient training to drive the car safely.''

The reason he crashed was because the front right tyre exploded at 288 MPH............ i think OH&S need a reality check about breaking records :roll:
