A Bit Busted Up

Hi all, just a quick one to let you know I'm back again, it's been a while since I last posted on KSRC as it seems getting smashed up is detrimental to posting in forums and life in general.

About 6 weeks ago I had a wee off up the mountains here on the Sunshine Coast, as it would appear to be the case that Suzuki has some suspect manufacturing of the footpeg brackets on the TL1000R, now having broken 4 in total.
This time it ended in getting unceremoniously flung down the road on my head and breaking a neat total of 27 brakes in my body,( 24 rib breaks, both wrist and colar bone torn AC tendon )not a scratch on the skin, although i suspect some of those ribs were caused by jump starting me on at least 4 occasions in a nite, a case of head/ brain injury as well, knew nothing about until I woke 3 days later in Nambour Intensive Care Unit, signed myself out the next day, wish i hadnt but was not allowed to smoke in hospital

So just sayin Hi, happy to be alive and time to get my ZZR1100 back on the road again

Gos was telling me you'd come off, sounds like you got pretty knocked around...and you'd only just got your noggin in AMCN too, then you go and drag it along the road

Glad to see you back posting mate, I hope you are well on the road to recovery......it was a shock when ttc rang and let me know, I figured you were way to old to start crashing again !! whats the story with the footpegs ? That sounds a bit suss......
