damn gas is bad!!!

this was down the street from my school. it's spose to be going up 20 more cents. curious to see gas prices over where you guys are.

I presume that is for a US gallon. We pay about $1.40 per litre. that works out to about $5.32 per gallon or $4.35US. so your gas aint that bad really.

I heard the other day that one of the reasons the oil company's use for our prices going up this time of year is the increased demand from the USA as they go into their "driving season"

Well now ya know, more expensive than they are IN the US Personally not too fussed though, I get 400+k's out of my car and 300+k's from my bike.

So I had a few beers whilst watching the bum sniffers game last night, yeah the gas is bad this morn, alas moving seems to make little difference.

heh just out of curiosity, how much have they gone up in the US ?? Can you remember when it was less than a buck a gallon ??

What were they recently, say around Xmas, and a couple of years ago....before Hurricane Katrina (thats what put fuel through the roof here..........it basically hasn't been the same since.....)

yes, I remember in 2003 when I started driving, and gas was still under $1.00

last year, gas did a back and forth move from $2.29 to $3.00.....for about 3 months.....then, they took it back down to $2.30

they put it into the $3's just recently.....fuckin' aye.
and it will keep rising.

(fyi-in 2003 I was 17)

When I was over there 12 months ago we were paying between $2.69 - $3.29 a gallon

currently $1.40 a litre...so about $5.60a gallon...
