Nine Adelaide - You're a disgrace!!

Who decides what shows will appear on our tellies? Obviously someone has to make the hard decisions and whoever that person is at Nine Adelaide, they need to be sacked. Actually, sacking them would be too nice... *note to self - find out who this idiot is and work out some wierd and unusual punishment to carry out on them when I kidnap them*

Anyway... Rugby League Grandfinal tonight. And sure, rugby league isn't exactly huge in this backward little town of ours, but all the same, the grandfinal is a bit of a spectacular.

I believe the game starts at 7:30 p.m. in Sydney. We get a delayed telecast. Fair enough, but 10 fucking 30????

I guess Nine Adelaide don't want to lose out on ratings by showing some crap that no one wants to watch. I guess they've got some ratings winner on in the 7 til 10:30 timeslot then...

Fair suck o the Sav, this is probably the only place that'll listen and remotely give a shit on ch9's website. To go through the proper channels go here but as i said, im sure it's all for show and they wont really give two shits.

btw channel 7 aren't even going to TRY and compete, they have "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion" on. God i'd sooner poke my eyeballs out than watch that shit.

mate i had a look at the 9 website thursday after the disgrace...

it stared with the good shows being replaced...they replaced "my name is earl" with celebrity survivor (chan 7) so i emailed them having a whinge..got some BS automated response..

then chan 9 put fotty show on for 4 hrs (ok maybe 3) instead of 2 1/2 men...i love that show...but i couldnt find who to whinge to.

Jase- b thankful u got fox..all season ive had to go to the pub to watch footy (it hurts so bad ;p) cos 9 only show 1 game at like 3am mon morning... (im sure u kno that neway)... And even the finals which they cant play cos 9 has rights, they didnt play the canberra v dogs game until abt 4 days after the game... in fact they only played the storm game with a 30min delay that week, the rest were at silly hours...

then we can start on 120..the week b4 Aus GP.... did ne1 see the programing?? rather than have the race live, or live-ish, they had RPM, WRC and konica v8 plus porsche cup 7 stuff like that ..now i could be wrong, but surely the sort of ppl who watch these shows would like Moto GP?? or at least, with the level of racing, it may of attracted a broader audience?? and then they had farking girlband on...jesus give me strength.,...

Any they are running adds trying to get support for free to air for sports, yet the farkers get the rights and don't want to show it..


IMO, if you ain't gunna show it like of delayed more less than an hour.. fuck off and give it to foxtel.. Atleast people are happy to pay to actually get to see the event within a reasonable time delay... pricks..

We've had to go to Crown 2 years running to be able to watch the NRL Finals because 9 has the rights, but shows the games anywhere from 10:30 - 1am which is just rediculous...

Next worst thing is their website... watch this clip.. owe sorry you have to be a big pond customer.. For Fuck Sake!! If your're a big enough organisation pay for the bl00dy site so your supporters can actually look at your complete site... People should not have to sign up with bigpond for a min of $30-50a month just to be able to see abit of active content on your website.. It's a bl00dy joke..

yea cos 9 has the rights, and wont show the effing event!!
on the bright side, public holiday 2moro so i can sit up and watch it at 10.30 if i want.... but thats not the point now is it!!

at least 9 showed 1 of the origin games at a reasonable time... just not the other 2...

Not sure on this one, but Nine Adelaide is actually owned by Southern Star, not the Nine network. Perhaps that's why they are delayed too?

Race one at imola was a bit of a shock, didn't expect that rider to win but then again he only ever wins at the end of the season!!
supersport was dull up front, battle for 5th was where the telecast should have been on, why the fuck didn't someone correct warrick Nolan? I believed his sums were correct and maggoo and the other bloke were wrong in the supers right at the end!!
