Dollars to doughnuts that "60 zone in Wetherill Park" mentioned in the story is the Cumberland Highway... all six lanes of it.

to be doing that speed on those roads is crazy, I think that is inexperience shining through, if you had ridden the roads more that a couple of times during DDP, you would know there could be speed traps anywhere along there, and not to speed.

Yesterday morning, AND this morning on the way to work there was a HWP unmarked persuit car (white Ford GT with grey go faster stripes) on the side of the road along the construction zone with a punter pulled over for god knows what.

Considering its a 60 zone due to the roadworks (and knowing the f*#&$in RTA will remain a 60 zone AFTER roadworks are done) its just not worth speeding there. There used to be all kindsa kinks in the roads as they diverted you around roadworks, but now its relatively straight so nimrods ignore the speedlimit.

Suits me, im not planning to speed for a fricking LONG time (at least off the track that is :twisted: )
