omg I took my first pillion today...

its been five years and my fourth bike to take a pillion... never had the guts or confidence before... went home after brekky at willy and picked up my little boy, we took off to melb for a bday party, wow the bike handled it well, really well.......... and I coped just fine, actually gave me a buzzzzzzzz........ my baby was impressed LOL

hey I also learnt today to ride my bike straight off the gutter LOL....thanks ronster... ( hey dont laugh, I just didnt have a clue LOL)

Actually DG, nowadays most of us prefer to be called bikers rather than bikies, we leave that term for the 1%ers, ie the patch clubs, Hells Angels et al

Well there ya go, first KSRC outing and you now have new found confidence for 2 things you didn't have prior to today
Myself I can do it only if the gutter is low and I stand off the seat, fairly low belly pan on the ZZR.

I've taken my girlfriend as pillion twice, and she shifts and moves all over the seat, and changes what she's holding onto every minute or so.
Very frustrating when we're coming down the freeway at 100km/h and the bike keeps shifting off line everytime she moves around. VERY annoying

well mybe I was lucky, but my little boy rides dirt and put his faith in his mummys hands.... hes a little taller than me at 6'3 and weighs 97 kilo, oh forgot to tell you you he is also 22 LOL....only problem I had was after being pushed slightly forward for an hour my pink bits turned purple..... Im glad I dont have a willy!!! I really feel for you guys... oh and yes he held very still... what a good little boy!!

well hes my boy...... he wasnt born quite that large but i must have fed him with a plunger lol....... he was a great pillion lol
