There's been a development...

Postby Felix » Sun Oct 30, 2005 12:37 am

Since the forums went bye byes a couple of days ago, a few things have happened...

1. NRMA has approved Miss Felix's claim for the gearbox
2. One of Miss Felix's colleagues will finally do my tax, after Papa Felix killed my etax data file...grrrr...
3. Because #1, Miss Felix has deemed it a good idea to buy me a new* bike, rather than another second hander (wont get another bike for a loooooong time, though...)
4. Who cares what happens past #3???

Test ride of an '06 Z750 booked for next weekend... :D :D :D :D :D

Since they went down, I have crashed my bike testing at QR at 170-180 kph, I am just waiting for pic attatchements to come back online to share the fun. I have to try and fix it up before the race meeting on the 5th-6th next weekend.

Since the forums crashed...

I sobered up.

And am glad all evidence was removed of my night of pre-crash posting. Couldn't have worked it better if I'd tried 8)

Since the forum crashed I've been working night shift, and it's a long 12 hours without KSRC to entertain me.

Well.............since the forums crashed, I spent a heap of time..........

checking out the members profiles on the Home Page !! Had not spent much time on their at all, geez their is some ugly mugs out there

But it was time well spent, if you haven't checked it out, you should take 1/2 an hour and have a look.

Felix - good newws on the 750 mate, you will enjoy it a lot I think, they are very light, handle well, and you can get heaps of BLING for them :P

cheers 8)

Yeah, anyone got the link for that uberbling Z750?? Was here a few days ago  Frozzie might end up being my new best friend...or I'll end up putting his kids through college

First question I asked the dealer - "Does it come in green?" Unfortunately they don't  If you are observant, you'd know which colour I'll be getting...

Most modern bikes feel light compared to the XJ...and as a bonus, I think the Z has 80kw compared to 72kw...and is fuel injected - no more cranky cold start ups and stalling in traffic

I think I shouldn't talk myself into it just yet...wait for test ride and some kind of changeover figure before I get too excited...then there's the rack, and a rear seat cowl to throw in (single seat rego and some luggage carrying ability a MUST).

If your'e quick - there is a single-seat cowl for a z750 on e-bay RIGHT NOW

that was a French 750, I think it was an OJ replica ??? no links here mate

You can put a Gearsack on just about anyhting these days, luggage carrying ability no problem - just find the money and ride off into the sunset with a Big Smile on your Dial :D :D :D

cheers 8)
