Dunno if the yoke protectors are worth it or not - my bars/forks don't get near it.
The fork protectors - perhaps. In the slide I had on the ZZR6 they would've been useful - so I think it depends on the bike's design as to what's gonna scrape in deciding if they're worth it.

They sound like a good idea, not sure how ugly the fork protectors will actually look though.

Direct form R & G Racing $24 & $71 a saving of $33 for both (don't forget shipping) They are good to deal with though, got my 05 oggies from them months before you could get them here. They don't advertise fork protectors for the 05 ZX6 though.

Might look into getting the lockstops.

crash knobs on the lower forks I can cope with, but lockstops ? Pardon my ignorance, what do they actually do ? Reduce steering lock ? If someone could clear this up that would be great 8)

adios

Damn the Buggers stole my idea on the fork knobs (pun not intended), i think they would work in most instances as for the yoke ones, i prefer my eggs runny thanks.

the ones on the yokes would possibly stop the steering stops bending in a lowside, but as i see it if you have a bingle big enough to bewnd them you may as well pull the triple clamps out and have the panel beaten by experts.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

I have to agree mate, they look *flash*, but are they really going to save you money ? I guess for a low-speed low-side or slide, maybe.....? The triple clamp / steering lock reducing thingymabobs really look like a waste of time. :? Anybody out there use 'em ??

cheers :D
