But today we have so many beautiful riders and they are doing perfectly awesome. But who pioneered? It was in 1915 when this MOTHER-DAUGHTER duo: Avis and Effie Hotchkiss, mother and daughter from Brooklyn, New York, were pioneering motorcyclists. They completed a 9,000-mile round-trip ride from New York to San Francisco and back on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle-sidecar combination.
