So what are you paying for insurance these days.?

Just go my renewal - $402 for a 2010 Z1000 with $1000 for accessories and $1000 for gear.?

Anyone got better.?

I'll have to check the Rex and the Katey. I'm still with Shannons but that sounds pretty sharp.

You need to change - mine is $33 a month.

Swann used to insure the H2 was around $1100.00 per year but then they suddenly increased it to 2,500.00 a year so screw them shannons now have it $1100.00 a year agreed value $27000.00. I have the zx9 with real insurance $300.00 a year for agreed value $6,000.

It seems real insurance redirect to Famous for their bike insurance.
That's who I'm with. Looks like I will stick with them..

just got both the cars re-insured thru Famous after AAMI sent the premiums into orbit
(40% up and no claims !) so will look to Famous when the barge is due in January coming

Just beware with Real Insurance (admittedly over 6 years ago) I made a claim and because it was over their threshold ($7,000) I had to wait 6 weeks for the money. It wasn't a problem for me at the time as my bike was not my primary mode of transport and I had the cash to buy another bike in any case.

Found some other insurance companies had similar policies.
