Little Billy still haunting Reefton

Tue Mar 15, 2016 3:19 pm

Well while the H2 is in hospital getting its frame changed over Little Billy has been getting a good run.
For those who don't know this was Billys zx9 hence it has been called Little Billy as I had to name it something as I had 3 zx9s at the time .
Still love riding this bike once you have done as many ks on a zx9 as I have they will always have a soft spot  That by the way is not a reference to billy although he is getting older these days :P

Yep rusty water coming out of the frame,so complete strip down for the H2.
Over the years I have done over 200,000 ks on ZX9s ,one of them ,the original one I purchased is in the shed waiting to be reassembled its a spritely young fellow 193,000 ks on the clock before she was retired STILL RUNNING a little smokey un full gas but hey that's to be expected with original motor.

Still have a soft spot for the C model and will almost definitely have another one.

I am pretty sure the The F models were the best with the E not far behind ;)

The F's had better brakes. But as you know...those things only slow you down anyways....... ;)
