I think they are the dealer of choice down that way. Gosilla and micklczxz1k frequent there I think?

I bought a few things from them over the last 12 months ish. including ordering a few bits for the zx7 and the z1000. Also ordered of a new back protector and they were more than happy to check the right fit without making me commit. I have been really impressed with the service in parts and stuff. Price for the parts I have bought hasn't been over the top either.

Cant say what they are like in the service department as I do my own work on the bikes though.

All in all pretty good I thought. Hope this helps

They are fine, a few people have issues with the service department and they've got a pretty big monopoly here in Canberra, but overall they've been good to deal with when buying bikes and parts for me. I don't know if the recent change in ownership will make any difference.

I did a blat throught the snowies a couple years back....rocked up at something like 1 in the afternoon on a saturday and asked for a set of Road 3's to be fitted, and i needed to be back on the road in an hour (was heading back to melbourne)

Didnt even bat an eyelid, was quite happy with the service, plenty to occupy ones attention upstairs too.

Thanks everyone,

Just to close this one off, I ended up buying a new bike from them, couldn't find a dealer in Sydney who seemed to give a shit.

Sales guy (Paul Dawson) was super keen, made the whole process easy to manage for me in Sydney and was actually happy to chat bikes, all other dealers I spoke to seemed to have the attitude that it's just a business, there's the demo, ride it if you really have to then come back and give us your money.

I didn't actually meet Paul until I picked up the bike, he was still happy to waste an hour or so chatting make us coffee and give Di a tour of the store and talk general bike crap while I was doing paperwork with their business manager for insurance and rego, it may have been sales BS, though I'd like to think not, but if it was at least he did it and made it appear otherwise.

Overall 5 out of 5 stars for them, I'm actually pretty tempted to try them out for servicing as well since my closest KTM dealer has an appalling rep (which I've actually witnessed first hand).

Cheers
Matt

PS, Oh and while we were there a dude picked up his new H2 and H2R! Lucky bugger.

Good to here theres still some businesses that give a shit thats probably why some one was picking up a h2 and a h2r from there, matching set bonus.Brave man if hes going to ride the H2R.Next time u speek to the dealer tell him there soon will be a complete set of 3M clear paint protection available from Paul at clearguard in montmorency.worth every cent as that paint scratches if you look at it the wrong way.
