Am I the only one who doesn't really see the point for this bike :? ? I am more interested to know when a big bore naked bike that doesn't look like a creature from the black lagoon is going to be released.

I mean the current ZX-10R cannot be ridden in any form of anger without completely obliterating the (ridiculously low) speed limit in this country, so what is this going to do to it. It cant be raced (around a circuit) in any class that I am aware of and will be extremely expensive and available in VERY limited numbers.

To me, it appears to be the answer to a question nobody asked.

Now, how about getting ADR compliance on the 2015 DAEG :P

Fair point, but I'm still dying to see it :-P Maybe down the developmental line the power plant WILL be transferred to a naked bike. That'll never happen unless kawasaki take this first step. New video tomorrow hopefully.

About as useful as a blackbird, zx12r, hayabusa, or any other bike over 400cc that obliterates most speed limits in first gear!! Can't wait

It will be fast, no doubt about it, and forget about test rides, there will be VERY limited numbers of them. I don't expect they will be sitting on dealer floors long due to the rare nature of them, they are sure to be a collectors item simply because there will be so few of them, like the Desmosedici.

Then there is the cost.................this is a premium model and will be priced accordingly.

But wait, there is more ;) :P

As an engineering platform no probs as a design platform boring, what happened to the guy that penned the GP bikes or for that matter anyone with a flair for design could have done better particularly as they will be charging a premium for it, who knows maybe there is a ZRX Triple in the wings and this is just to distract us :D :D :D

All this talk about how it looks? How would anyone know? The photo on the mag is fake and the bike on the video was too Black and quick to see.
