sounds like your coping neka after a couple of weeks you have pretty much lost the urge, just take ya a bit longer to die though unless you get run over by a japenese tour bus then it will have been for nothing.

Advantages are you can ride for longer without the need to stop for a ciggie.
But you still need to pee.

keep it up neka at least you save 10 bucks a day. :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

Everyone that I know that's ever given up, has done going cold turkey. Nico patches just seem to keep the addiction going...

Good stuff, neka... :D

All a head fuck mate. Get your head right, and you're right. Not easy, but at 4 days you're over the worst of it already. Its worth it, stick with it.

If you need an incentive I'll bring a bring a big-boobed non-smoking chick to PI ok? 8)

I puffed away for 25-27 odd years, up to 30 gaspers a day
woke up one morning about 7 years ago and said to myself
....'naaah fark it, don't want one'
yep, stopped cold turkey

haven't had a ciggie since :P

For the past three years, I've been averaging a pack a month... I'll go a couple of weeks without lighting up at all or feeling the need to, then something will snap, I'll buy a deck, go through it in three days and by the end of it, I'll become convinced again of how rank smoking feels.

It's almost like having quit...

Neka, I had 12 days up, then faltered. Doesn't help that the other half is as piss weak as me, and to date, he's only had one smoke free day.

I haven't quit quitting, I'm still not smoking anywhere near the quantity I was. Its way not easy tho.

Congrats on your 4 days, or 5 by now. Keep it up, cause I'll be rejoining the smoke free club again shortly - like this week.
