There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

Been crashing them since 1980, didnt really start to get the concept of riding them (well commuting anyway) till after i bought a chook chaser & learnt how to "crash with class".
9 road bikes in & still working on the whole Staying Upright concept. Tiggr first Kwika & I've still got the bike it replaced after 12 years punching it too work, the old fzzr's gunna be a good trackie yet.
Licenced & holding onto handlebars pretty well solid for nearly 25 years.
Some comfort for we older guys, Ya Gotta love the old farts insurance rates 8)

Mmmmm..... insurance for the more mature rider I like to call it, although I don't know that mature is the right word. Still it was one of the good bits about hitting 40

I've been riding on road for about 5-6 years now and off road on old ag bikes (I grew up on a farm) since about '93.

onto my third road bike :D .... only just bought my first car last year (realised I needed to grow up and do more than two days food-shopping at a time!!! I can actually get the whole carton of eggs home unbroken!!).
Why tip-toe through life to arrive safely at death?

At the risk of my avatar going back to "newbie :? " I had my mid-life crisis last year 8) , got my Ls in November and full license in January 05. That means (um...) 9 months in total, and about 9,000km.
Never ridden a bike before that, and it was 30 years since I had ridden a bicycle.

Putted around on my mates bikes from time to time in my late teens and early twenties. After a couple of half arsed starts at getting my liscence, missus asked me not too, she back-flipped when she wanted to go back to work and needed the car. So I knocked it on the head at a weekend Q-ride corse two years ago.
Real bravery is being afraid but doing it anyway.
