Tape does a 190 section rear fit into those chanels without touching the sides?

That looks like a good trailer for the price, have found that the channel can carve up slicks while they are still warmish if you dont use a lot of care when loading the bikes is all.

Are the sides like a hungry board arrangement??
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

Thanks a heap for posting up those pics.

Mate they appear to have gone up a bit.

For a 8X4 with marine ply floor, spare wheel, 2 x superbike rail kits, 10 eye bolts and delivery it works out to be

$1128
Yeah i know you can get a trailer cheaper but being ablt to fold it up it awesome.
Just have to sell my off road trailer first.

Nah mate they touch the sides, I'm going to bend out the rear section of the rails up to where the back tyre fits in. I'm not sure if they have the wider section yet...

Tim,

I picked it up myself, it fitted in the back of our Kia Carnival, I paid $110 for Alum checker plate fitted it myself and the eye bolts I got from a bolt place. Do you want me to ring the guy see if he will do a deal? I got the 8x4 for the sameish price as the 6x4, I think just because I went in there in person.

Cheers

Mick,
Thanks for the offer. once i have sold my current trailer i most likey take you up on that.

The 'superbike' rail kit has a 170mm front section with a 245 rear section. also comes with a 5.5 foot loading ramp that looks to be 245mm wide too.
Only costs $149

I brought a 7x5 trailer last year, with some mods it fits two bikes easy...or a tonne of rocks if i had a car up for the job.

Les

i found this when i was looking for a tralier.

http://www.norstate.com/projects.html

search for DIY projects and they have trailer plans there

i guess u can use bolts instead of welding. i recommend 8.8 high tensile bolts.

if u use ur imagination u can whip up something decent.

let me know if u need 8.8 bolts, i sell them at work.
