Seriously, I smoked 4 15years then gave it up for 2yrs & then slipped.....& dickhead me ended up on 20-30 a day again. I got onto the Zyban tablets then, & it was piss easy...they work on the craving centre of the brain, & usually when u get a craving, the thought sticks with u from then on...sumtimes 4 fuggen ages, but on the tablets, u would get a craving, & next thing u would think 2 yaself "fuk that was over an hour ago that i thought of that...COOOOLLLLL!!!!! u also keep smoking on the tablets & after about 2 weeks, u find urself lightin up, having a drag & thinkin "i don't really want this.....flick" BUT, like everything, U REALLY HAVE 2 WANT 2 GIVE IT UP!!!! I've been off em for 2 yrs again now, & i still get cravings...funnily enuff not when I'm drinkin, but doin other stuff like working or sitting at the traffic lights, so nicotine is still etched into my system. GIVE THE SHIT UP!!!& for all that r trying ......its fuken hard but worth it, keep up the good work all...U WILL SUCCEED!!!!! :wink:

yea mate im coping..been abt 10 days now..smoke free...not doin too bad i reckon...will b sooo much easier wen i not so stressed ..lic back in 2 days...yay!!..i wont smoke...i will feel better..im off the booze (well cut right back to social as opposed to everynite), and im eating (a lot actually) ....next step..im joining Next Generation...a posho gym where all the hob-nobs etc go..they have private pool parties & shit..woo hoo...and ill be HUGE again...
now..just need to find sum roids....then i wont need a gf....tho it might make me shrivel to a size they can fit in em...
