Have the car cops had any motorbike training or education? Im pretty sure they've had advanced driver training etc but doing the motorbike course changed the way i actually drive and perceive traffic. Just wondering if they know about loud exhausts on bikes for the safety view etc.

hmm well i find it funny how some cops think they kno everything, some know they dont know everything, and sum just dont give a toss....a mate of mine got pulled up by a cop who was whining at him for having flush mount indicators..that were no different to say a zx6r/zx10/zzr has standard (this was on a gix1000)...so he let him go after telling him he wasnt allowed to have em, they had to stick out blah blah blah...point is, HE HAS indicators, and how often do u see bikes without them (over here i see it a lot)...yet sum cops are great, like bikes, talk bikes & still book ya, but sum cops kno fark all abt bikes, warn ya an let u go...heres an example..
i got pulled up by 2 young cops in car for doin a wheelie...gave me 10 min lecture on how dangerous it is, then asked a lot of questions, and let me go...
i got pulled up abt 3 months later by an older cop on a bike...same offence (not nearly as long a wheelie, more of a take off from the lights blip up)...he gave me a 20 min lecture, and a fine for $90 for failure to ride with sufficient control, and told me how good a rider he was, and only trained professionals can do wheelies....i probably shouldnt of said "this is my training, and that guy in the car bet me $5 i couldnt do it, does that make me a "training professional""....nah justy kidding, but i wanted to say it...lol
