To make it easy I would leave town after the firebomb has gone off in the station leaving the wankers scratchin their heads

Mate that is some serious abuse you are getting... seriously take it to the top.... Im sure you could dig up some corruption dirt on them and let em have it in a big way where it really hurts.

Young is a great spot ..... never would have thought this problem existed there..... good Luck

I spent most of my life in Wangaratta, small town of 16,000 people in Victoria, where everybody know everybody.
I also owned a RX4 coupe, bright red and noisy, I used to hang around the main street, do laps etc., and the cops would usually tell me to go home once a week. But they didn't hassle me, even when I deliberately went throught the breath testing setup ten times in a row  after the tenth they said go home :)

One time I had a VE wagon, it had an expired canary on it (vic's will kow what i'm talking about), way too low, and I was still driving it. The cop pulled me up, asked for my licence (i'd left it at home) and then one of my mates got out of the car and started being a smartass to the cop. I told my mate to shut up and hop back in the car (he did) and the cop let me off because I did that.. :) He said otherwise i would have walked home :(
One night the lights failed on my car, and I asked the police for an escort home, they complied :)
They caught me drag racing in the main street, I went and hid, they found me and I still wasnt' booked.

There was only one time a cop tried to give me a hard time and that was when the car had broken down, it was jump started and I was on my way to the electicians when they pulled me over. I ran back to tell them that I couldn't turn it off and if they wanted they could follow me to the electricians, they did and when we got there and i'd turned it off this cop asked me pop the bonnet. I did and then he asked me where my aircleaner was.. mind you bright red foam filters are hard to miss.. I was like what??? Then he tried to tell me they were illegal and I said no they're not.. then he tried to get me on a few other things but it was pretty obvious I knew heaps more than he did so it ended up quite funny as he ended up walking backwards away from me trying to save face while still asking stupid questions... then got in his car and bolted :D

Oh and they time they accused me of doing burnouts in my 1300cc LJ Torana.. I handed them the keys and said if you can get this thing to do burnouts you can book me :D

I think we all get it a bit from them ( the coppers) but its still a shitty job, i got the mandantory licence check the other night too they pulled me over off the highway where i was doing the speed limit and got a dissapointed look when they saw how old me mug was.

looked at the tyre which was recently track dayed and nicely shredded from edge to edge but plenty leagal and me licence and said cya sir. :D :D

I would probably want it pulled over if it was stolen. :D :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

Once they have you in their sights nothing will change it until the one of you leaves the district, when I was 19 living in a two cop town I had bought a very nice Ford XC fairmont GXL 5.8Litre V8 and that certainly brought unwanted attention, I was constanly pulled over by one cop for no reason and I never gave him attitude nothing. He even broke my tailight once to try and get me to take a swing at him, other instances he was under my bonnet, taking serial numbers the lot. Everytime a car was nicked or someone hooning around town doing burnouts or some crime I was the usual suspect and he would come to my home, pub, friends house or at my workplace and drag me out to annoy me and my boss. One day he got more than he bargained for when my dad was driving the car and pulled him over, my dad usually yells at cops when they stop him. After that he checked to see who was driving before pulling me over, still he never ever got me for anything except for the tailight. Anyway, I got my own back as he played football for our town so I made sure I was playing that day and shirtfronted him a ripper in a pack, hehe was my own team player too, all the players congratulated me for it  . He didn't bother me after that and was transfered shortly after.

*chuckle*

Pretty sure. It'd be easy to catch me if they wanted to.

I used to get hassled alot when i was a young teenager (pre-license) all the time but wondering the streets late night and being six foot 2, having a shaved head, wearing all black and big boots (wasnt a skinhead or a nazi it just sounds that way) is going to get that kind of attention.
since i got my license i have only been pulled over maybe three times, twice for speeding which is fair as i was speeding and once to ask if id see a certain car in the area which they were looking for. Ive been in lotsa RBT's but i dont drink and drive so thats not a problem.
Ive always had good dealings with cops even the ones that were enjoying a power trip. Theres no point in being a smartarse to those guys, they just wont get it. I figure if thats the way they have to live their lives, thats their concern.
at times most of us do break the law and then we shouldnt get upset about being told off for it.

i knew a guy back home (moss vale-population 5500) who had a restraining order against a cop who did the kinda things as wot u copped...he had a fully worked xd falcon ute, with a 351 he built (hes a mechanic-powered by SOLE stickers all over it), and he got harrassed daily by this cop...after the restraining order, the cop was not allowed within 100m of him..so if he saw the cop hed pull up, dump a nice burnout & take off in a right mess of smoke..he then bought a cbr1000 (one of the old touring jobbies) and the cop chased him round town, when he pulled over & took off his lid, the cop got the shits, left him alone...lol..
when i was a t summernats 12 my hz was playing up (elec system) and kept stalling..it stalled at the RBT set-up, so my mates jumped out to push it off the road...being a big heavy bus, 2 cops assisted, then RBT'd my mates (who were hammered) & told em they were getting tickets cos "u cant operate a vehicle on the road whilst drunk"....then pissed emselves laughing, asked me to pop the hood, drolled over the 308, asked wot i thought of elc ignition,RBT'd me, (let me go at 0.07) and pulled over sum dude in a v8 so he would jump start me...then drooled over his 350 chevy...lol....it was pretty funny...
