Redwing honda are fucking hopeless. They told me they'd take 4 weeks to fix my bike. They then made up every bullshit exuse on earth telling me that everything was going fine but a part was missing or something happened or this that and the other thing until I went in 8 weeks later to find the begining to strip down the bike. They hadn't even fucking started.

Then they tell me that because they didn't check to see they had all the parts when they arrived 6 weeks before hand, they hadn't noticed some parts were missing. They saw me every day for a week after that until I had my bike.
That lying prick of a service department manager actually told me they couldn't find out where the parts were because the supplier didn't have a fucking telephone!

Is this bloke stupid? How did he think the spare parts people ordered it?
The guys in spare parts were more helpful, when I went inthe front door to speak to them. They knew exactly where the parts were and when they were due. I then provided Tim with that infomation to jog his fucking memory a bit and let him know I was serious when I told him the date and time I'd be collecting the bike.
Fucking lying bullshit good for nothing bullshit service at Redwing.
