Yep Mario I can already tow whatever I want with my HR ute- it tows anything- tough old nail- I just want to tow two small bikes that are light by my fuel-efficient Hyundai.
Felix I already have some Supercheap tiedowns and they are great- cheap too- I think they were around $15 or so- they are not ratchet ones- they are pull downs. They can hold 400kg- I have suspended a few bikes from the roof when working on them using these tie downs. :D

So far my budget for the trailer has blown out- so far it has cost me around $215.....(including $50 to buy it, $25 for wiring/plug, $52 for mudguards, and $85 for some steel to make the ramps/ channels etc- still need to buy some more steel and some paint to paint it with, as well as some hacksaw blades and grinding wheels- it has bizarro wheels on it and one wheel bearing seems shot, also with a welded axle- so if I decide to change that lot it won't be a cheap trailer after all.......) :? :)
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R :) Yeah I like Kawasakis.
