Hey anyone in Brisbane got a copy of the Alan Carr book then? I really want to quit. For the 3rd time. I need the money to help with my trackday addiction. Dunno what that does for the life expectancy equation but I know which is more fun.

Sorry, lent mine out and it didn't come back. Checked the library too and they don't have them. Costs $15 on amazon.com. Well worth it.

Good luck.

mate remember one thing. it never ends.
i quit for like three months about 6months ago, and all it took was one boys weekend on the piss and i was hooked again.
Don't fool urself into believing 1 won't hurt, thats what i did, and i'm back to 20 a day.

hmmmmm.... maybe this would be a good time to give it another go.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I am the same and have given up for periods of up to six months, the secret is dont put them in ya mouth in the first place.

Last time i did the patches thing and instead of having a fag you are rubbing the patches for some reason and its all good after 3 weeks. :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

I quit, good and proper. I agree the best way to stop it is to never stick one in your mouth again... Neka, keep up the good work, and good luck diesel if you decide to quit. -J.

PS. cigars are cheating, but it's ok if you don't inhale.

umm does that mean weed is ok if i dont inhale too??

on a side note i decided im gunna go full health freak again...take the opportunity to quit ALL bad things..eat healthy, and get back into the gym...
no more smokes,no drugs (like i ever did neway)..and ...god forbid...no booze!!
ok so the no booze is gunna start AFTER the diesel trip, and im gunna restrict it to 2 at the most...i did it b4 (went 3 yrs without more than 2 drinks at any time)...
oh and GP,SBK, and KSRC trips will b excempt...but im not gunna piss up every weekend nemore...
im gunna b sooo rich,....
