Is that why rex's have a bigger tank??

Possibly not but it helps :D

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking when I typed my figure. Guess my calculations were wrong or I am not using the throttle correctly. :/

 Better shock setup, faster probably equals smoother, depends on the track/tyre/rider ... I was being facetious I guess!

I don't think they are much bigger. I hit reserve at about 180 k's. Mind you I used to get 220 out of it when it was standard.

Which only give me 190Kms to a tank..!! :? :kuda:

got 220/230 cant remember which, out of the gumby one time on a ride back from the echuca, thru bendigo, calder, mel freeway, so all hi way speed, ran it till it ran out, to see what it would get.
Tip dude.... when the light comes on, look for a servo, dont ride past, then u wont be sittin on the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere, waitin for someone to come back for u  just sayin is all

7r dont have that problem, it gets just over 300Ks out of a tank, when filled right to the brim. happy to swap bikes if u like??? u wont have to fill up as much :)

190 with fuel light coming on around town(60km zones) is pretty normal. Recently light come on @195 & filled @ 212. Took 15L @ servo so still had a couple of litres to go... :) . This is with standard OEM gearing & slip on only.

I think it all depends how heavy you are to..
It could cause a bit more drag at 115kg
