When Mel and I got pulled up they just took rego and licence details then let us go, but every Vic bike was getting a good going over and I heard they were doing them for fender eliminators along with anything else they could find.
So I'm hoping this year will be like last year in that they weren't there on Thursday when we came in or the Monday morning when we left, and as long as you stay on the island you won't go through the roadblock.
