Don't know if anyone has posted about this previously (I've had my head up my arse since Xmas). Apologies if it has but...

From the Feb edition of Cycle Torque apparently the piece of legislation that required bikes in NSW to have labels on exhausts extolling their compliance with ADR39 has been withdrawn, reversed, removed or whatever from March 2.

A bit of good news from the NSW legislators. I wonder what the bastards will come up with next

Glen, it's been posted by myself and a few others elsewhere and yes it is good news, no more sticker tax for you guys, having said that, the battle is far from over as the current guidelines (used only by NSW incidentally) still are in place which means there are bikes sitting brand new on the shop floor that can't legally be ridden in NSW.
