rubber grommets

Please help...
Gotta drill a hole in the belly pan of the bike about 20-25mm in size to meet GCR's...now l know how to drill the hole but you guys got any suggestions as to where l would get some blank grommets to fit the 20-25mm hole??

try your nearest boat and marine retailer. they should be using them to run wires in alloy boats.

If you mean a solid rubber blanking plug, just drop into your local Commodore wreckers and grab one of the rubber plugs that fit into holes in the boot - drainage plugs I think ? they are very close to 25mm across.

sell lil' packs of grommets
from about 5mm up to 32mm
cost me $6 a few years for the pack with about 10 grommets
in it
take ya pick from 'blanking' grommets (no hole)
or wiring/harness ones (mit hole)

Couldn't give a stuff about the horse race though, I just like the day off. It's not a public holiday up here either, so the shops are open. Given I only get 3 hours on a Saturday to do all the local shopping this is a bonus.
