Its the new fangled tar they use. Must be water based or something. In the olden days when they made roads out of asbestos and leukemia it stood up to the heat.

Simply WOW. If trucks on the wrong side of the road weren't bad enough that will deliver you right to their grill.
I've seen some poor decision making, but that about takes the cake.
If you came off as a result of that you wouldnt be here to argue the point.
