are they water proof?

I hope not, it wasn't that good, and I believe I had enough of them to make that statement..

They are fleecy lined and the outer is nylon with a zip out adjustable hood so I'd say they are at least water resistant if not water proof.
Will test it out at the snow soon..

I am confused.

My chest measures 116cm. So half chest being 58cm a small would be to big for me.

Yes but you will be wearing other gear under the jacket potentially... My chest measurement is 115cm at least get a Large russ
