Come out of kings park and down into kings Langley. All of about 400 meters from where I intercepted him the other day.
Fucker was behind me a few cars so didn't get his latest numberplate.

I'll put a disc lock in the car tonight, its the only way I can think of to stop the fucker from riding off if the ignition is stuffed.
