Doesn't sound to me like oil fouling, sounds like too rich mixture.
If you go to less oil, 50:1 as opposed to 32:1, you will probably have to go down a size on the main jet, and drop the needle a notch, as the bike will be running too rich.
Sounds counter intuitive I know, but think of it like this, the engine will suck in x amount of mixture, the less oil there is in that mixture, the more fuel there will be, more fuel = rich mixture.
Do a plug chop at wot, see what colour the plug is and change the main jet to suit, once you have the main jet sorted do a plug chop at half throttle and alter the needle position to correct the mixture.
Your plugs should last heaps longer, and not foul again if you do this correctly.
Forgot to ask, does the carby have a power jet?
