Sounds like its got too much oil if the plug is gunking up after 2 rides.
I would recommend taking some emry paper & rag to clean up the plug.
My RMX 250 had issues similar, I reduced the ratio and eliminated the problem.

Its not just fouling the plugs, its killing them as well, as in totally dead no spark.
The plugs are now a dark tan colour after 1/2 day of riding, (plug chop at end of riding) & black n sooty after 2 days basically.

Doesn't sound to me like oil fouling, sounds like too rich mixture.
If you go to less oil, 50:1 as opposed to 32:1, you will probably have to go down a size on the main jet, and drop the needle a notch, as the bike will be running too rich.
Sounds counter intuitive I know, but think of it like this, the engine will suck in x amount of mixture, the less oil there is in that mixture, the more fuel there will be, more fuel = rich mixture.
Do a plug chop at wot, see what colour the plug is and change the main jet to suit, once you have the main jet sorted do a plug chop at half throttle and alter the needle position to correct the mixture.
Your plugs should last heaps longer, and not foul again if you do this correctly.
Forgot to ask, does the carby have a power jet?

If you're not riding it full noise Rob, it may be the pilot jet oiling the plug.?
They tend to put fat pilots in standard.
Dropping down a couple of sizes may help.
My old KX used to foul plugs, so I changed pilot jet, made a difference but didn't totally fix my problem but plugs lasted a bit longer, so I adjusted the float level thinking it was getting too much fuel and that fixed it.

Thanks guys, don't want to get into the status of jetting in this thread, I have done the float level (well glen has) I have done the pilot jet ranging 3 sizes to & that made a big change, basically I am still trying a few things looking for the best performance........ worst problem is with a new head kit, I was almost starting from scratch

Nah not really I'm working arvo shift atm but I do have Thursdays off.... Don't get home till 1.30am so early starts will be hard hopefully the weekends free up lol.
Have you heard from disco? Been meaning to call him as he has been quiet lately.
