Louee allows alcohol,

Infact all the injuries from the last weekend we had there occurred at night ;)

no probs Steveo, it is a scary scary thing to ride   down at Larbert Road (Braidwood) - we lined this old rig up against Charlie's KTM 540 (590?) 4t. The wizard level-pegged the big Kato no probs :kuda: but is much looser to ride....

Bike farm weekend

Postby photomike666 » Sun Mar 04, 2012 10:47 am

Looks fun Gos. We used to have a rule with 500 2 strokes, you can only ride it if you can start it. Then again, the CR480 had a kick start on the left & shit loads of compression. Drum brakes were scary too

the drum brake on the front of this shitter was the first thing I binned mate ! it was a shocker....

Had a look at the map last night - Louee is not as far away from Anarchy Road as I first thought. Lochmaree or Binacrombie are heaps closer from here, but probably not any different for the Sydney crew ?

I have a couple of mates from down here who are keen to come up, both of them are pretty good off-road, one of them did the first 5 or 6 stages of the Paris-Dakar a few years ago  he is a big lump and makes a 640 katoom look like a pocket bike

actually Phil and Tim met him a couple of years ago at the campground at PI for the GP ?

great bike, but really loose and feels like it is going to rip your arms out of their sockets. It actually pushes your eyeballs back into your head when you nail it !  I figure it pulls around 3g.

Happy to let *anyone* ride this baby :kuda:

It's a lot of fun.

Noted ... no Not tyres ;)
Hey whats wrong with spending $120 on a rear tyre for the weekend ... it's 1/3 the cost of a slick for the tracky 8)
