Just got a copy of SImon Crafar's book and DVD.

The book is basically the script of the DVD so you really only need one of them.
Good production values. Book is like a coffee table book with good pictures.
It has a fairly simple message and focuses on going fast on the track. (Make the
straights longer and the corners shorter.)
Goes against a lot that's in twist of the wrist and covers the whole thing, not just cornering.
Chris Vermuelen makes an appearance on the Simon at home part of the DVD.
Maybe not aimed at road riders (I just read everything) but I think I'll get a bit out of it.

So, are you gunna burn us a copy or what???

hmmm just watched it and it's pretty good.

He's obviously anti-CSS but the stuff he says makes a lot of sense to me, particularly if you've got one of those sports bikes that wants to high side or wheelie.

I found both the book and DVD really good. While definitely more track focused and assumes an already established ability and knowledge of how to ride a bike, Simon gives really concise and instantly understandable examples and instructions. As jPaddo said he gives a lot of technique on ways to minimise the dangerous effects of a powerful bike while getting the most out of it which I found to be something most books/dvds don't cover.
Definitely recommend it.

I always admired Simon's ability in his Riding days. Underrated by default of the spec he was given, but truly a great rider amongst his peers.
