Has Casey given up this early?

Up until the last few laps he seemed to be just happy to stay in front of Crutchlow, then on the final few laps he started to have a crack @ Dovizioso for 3rd.

Was the chatter, tyre issue an early excuse?

I'm finding it hard to believe that the repsol is 9 seconds slower than the YFR.

I think Stoner was on the wrong compound, plus I reckon after his retirement announcement, Lorenzo wants to prove he is better before its too late, he is riding flawless, Dani made 1 small error and thats all Lorenzo needed

I thought the same thing........ at times he had a good go, and at other times he looked content just circling for the sponsors, maybe that's why he finished off the podium. But I guess it's pretty hard to retire, cause your heart isn't in it, and then try and put your heart in it to perform. Reckon we will see a few more non podiums for Stoner, unfortunately.
