To replace Loris Capirossi. Good to see.
Loris Capirossi will have to sit out round 15 of the MotoGP Championship after dislocating his right shoulder in his crash at Aragon, his injuries not healed sufficiently for the MotoGP veteran to participate in the Japanese GP. Standing in for Capirossi will be twenty-nine-year-old Damian Cudlin.

He's on the wrong bike with the wrong team at the right time of the year. Remember last year at the Sachsenring, he got a wildcard with the Kalex team and was running in 4th place with a few laps to go and got mugged on the line and had to be content with 7th? That was the team's best result of the year, from memory. The kid is a star and he could just attract the right sort of attention as there are a couple of better teams (Tech III, for example) who have vacant seats for next year.

Poor bugger is stuggling after the first two practice sessions...........
19th (last place) 1.676 seconds behind 18th place, (Japanese wild card on a HRT Honda) and 4.559 seconds behind current pole sitter Pedrosa..... Hope people don't expect too much from him on a friggen Ducati.
