Anyone ever ridden a WSBK/MOTOGP Bike?

When people talk about these things they use phrases like:

"Only a handfull of people in the world can truly master"
"a completely different experience to any road bike"
"agressive to a whole new level"

etc

So has anyone ridden one?
How different is it to riding a new ZX10?
A 1098S?
A desmo?
Kev Curtin's 1000 Racebike?

Discuss :kuda: (thanks Ron  )

Troy Bayliss' 95 ZX6R SS bike. I thought it was a pig until I got fast on it, then it made sense.

Craggill's ZX7R- FIM SBM, harsh, aggressive, manic power, radical steering geometry and I could only hang onto it for two or three laps.

Ex Doohan RC30- sublime.

well not a wsbk/gp bike but pretty close. i rode 6 laps around phillip island on fully sorted desmo that a mate owns. it was very stiff in the suspension, the engine was just brutal once you got the revs up!

Cool, looks like there's some pretty serious machinery been ridden around here

Thanks for the heads-up Billy, if I buy it you can ride it as much as you want  Actually you know what would be cool, if EC/PIRD had a bike like that you could hire at track days.

Lots of interesting bikes on that site.
How about Freddie Spencer's NS500 and NSR250, both for sale as a set.

Or this one:-

Off on a slight tangent ..... Is the "Proton" in relation to Kenny Roberts racing the same as the Proton that makes cars? :?
