I know parallel twins vibrate somewhat but i think mine has gotten a little worse than earlier, anywhere between 3500 5000 rpm its probably at its worst, i did have a thought of changing the front sprocket a tooth or two so the rev range differs at the nominal speeds, any thoughts on this?

all twins vibrate, harleys, triumphs, and er6
check to see of the engine mounts are still tight as you do a general tightness check (should do this regularly with a twin anyway!)
my er6 still doesnt vibrate as bad as my mates xs650 yammy, it shakes it mirrors and caliper bolts loose!

mine also vibrates a bit. sometimes worse than others. when it was newer it was worst around 4000 rpm. If you're near ferntree gully, Brett at Madbiker can tune mine to be pretty smooth. if you're running 91 octane try a tank of 95.

mine only used to vibrate in the mornings
i discovered it was because i park with it outside @ work, the hot days warmed the fairings up, thightening the gaps - instant no vibe
i about to go to clark rubber and get some hidensity foam striping and plug the wobbly fairing gaps and see if that has any effect.
